MSBTE is the top Maharastra education board. Its main aim is to plan and grow curricula of several courses. They are Diploma, Post Diploma and Advanced Diploma Programmes.
Moreover, it also grants affiliations. This is for all colleges running its curriculum. MSBTE Board also conducts academic monitoring. This is to ensure a high level of efficiency and quality.
MSBTE Board handles training meetings for the teachers as well. Training is also open to institute students. These include soft skills and industrial training. Moreover, MSBTE Board also gives its students hands-on useful training for a better job.
MSBTE Result 2021
MSTBE releases the results of students on its results portal. Board states student results on pre-specified dates. However, if there are random issues then there is a delay.

Moreover, MSBTE Board releases the results of several colleges under it. However, results online mark sheet is not final. A student needs to follow up with the college for their final mark sheet.
Steps to Check MSBTE Result
- A student needs to access the board’s results site link.
- Students who do not have login info can subscribe on MSTBE parent website.
- Once on MSBTE result portal, a student needs to give at least one field of info. Either “seat number” or “enrollment number”.
- At last, click on the “search” button. Your MSBTE result will open up in pdf format.
- If a student makes mistakes in input field they can click “reset”.
Moreover, there is certain info for students. One, if you find a mistake in mark sheet please contact your college. Head of an institution is the person to look into it.
MSBTE releases student mark sheet under present rules. However, if there are changes. A student will come to know through means of notices.
MSBTE releases exam result as soon as it is available to upload to results portal. However, a student needs to keep in mind that these results are not final. A student cannot take it and produce it as a proof of completion.
Students need to receive a final verdict from their respective colleges. A hard copy of your mark sheet is a final document of clearing the exams. If for some reason the student is not in consensus with exam marks they can approach the head office.
MSBTE Summer Exam
MSBTE Summer exams take place within 18 working days in a term year. The students of colleges under the grant of MSBTE need to attend these exams. Moreover, student exams take place on all days except for some non-exam days. These are 4th Saturday and Sunday. Moreover, if there is a holiday in between then exam will not take place.
Details of student Summer exams are open on the MSBTE portal. A student can visit this portal to search for correct info. Latest data is the final version of student exam info for Summer.
Search is possible by a student ID or institute code as well. Moreover, a student can access the timetable along with centre info.
Further, MSBTE Summer exams begin in the months of April to May. There are two sessions in exam schedule. One in the morning 9:30 to 12:30 PM. Moreover, the noon session is from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
MSBTE Winter Exam
Similar to MSBTE Summer, MSBTE Winter conducts exams for 18 days. This too is a term exam. Moreover, these exams are for the students of colleges under MSBTE.
Further, all exams take place in a planned manner. Like the Summer exams, test dates are on each day of the week. Exam waivers are holidays and the fourth Saturday and Sunday.
MSBTE uploads exam time table according to Institute plan. The students can access the same from MSBTE website.
Further, MSBTE winter session exams take place in the month of August and September. As is a case with the Summer exams, here also there are two sessions. One for morning and one in the noon.
MSBTE uploads year academic calendar on its website. Both even and odd sem exams details are available on it. A calendar is a final document tracking exam process.
Academic calendar is for all of Board functions. It provides info for the exams as well as the training programmes. A student can use it for mapping the details of practical and theory exam dates.
If for some unforeseen reason there is a change in the local level. The Regional Board of Control takes all decisions. The regional office informs the changes to the head office. So, the regional centre has a suitable amount of power to alter the dates in an academic year. This is applicable to that particular area.
MSBTE Hall Ticket Download
MSBTE releases exam hall ticket according to an exam schedule. The exam hall tickets are open to a student within a few of weeks from exams.
The hall ticket is an entry pass for students. Without a hall ticket, a student will not enter an exam hall. Therefore, the hall ticket is important to access your exam centre.
All your details regarding the exams are in a hall ticket. The details of a student taking the exam. Moreover, the centre details are also present on exam hall ticket. Exam date and time is on a hall ticket for quick reference.

- At last, click on submit button. You’re hall ticket if available at that time is visible on your screen in pdf format.
If a student still does not have the above details. They can subscribe to MSBTE website to access exam hall ticket.
If there is an error in a hall ticket. A student can visit the head office of exams section. The principal of exams will rectify hall ticket error.
The colleges need to take steps to conduct the instructional days of academic activities. If there is a need to do so. All fee and penalties outstanding on part of student makes him or her non-eligible for exams.
Student exam fee collection is under their regional office of Board. The last date to submit is provided on college exam notice. A student can visit the centre to remit fee. However, if the date is a holiday then a day prior to it is the final date of submission.
All practical and theory exam takes place according to Board’s date sheet. Further, if there is a change then MSBTE Board states through its website. All colleges under MSBTE issue their own notices to tell their students.
